
In the Commons on the 22nd June 2016, Daniel Kawczynski MP asked UK Prime Minister David Cameron about the situation facing Polish people resident or working in the UK. David Cameron stated that he had spoken to the Polish premier, Beata Szydło, about the matter and said that there would be discussions about the “strongest bilateral relationship between Britain and Poland in the years ahead”. Mr Cameron also stated that action was being taken to protect Poles in the UK after recently reported incidents.
